ITSN1 and central nervous system cancer: EdU assay showed that ITSN1-L knockdown didn’t manifest significant impact on the proliferation of glioma cells based on PTBP1 silencing (Fig. 6B), while silencing of ITSN1-L could efficiently reverse the adverse effects of PTBP1 knockdown on glioma cells migration and invasion (Fig. 6C, D).
