AKT1 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Crucially, the pharmacological intervention of PTEN function using Oroxin B, a PTEN agonist, significantly blocked the DDX56-mediated PTEN-AKT signaling pathway, suggesting a rationale for the potential treatment of HCC patients with Oroxin B.
