A reduction in the number of apheresis days and an increase in CD34+ cell mobilization yield was observed in two phase-3 studies in adults with multiple myeloma (MM) [15] and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) [16] when plerixafor was administered on and beyond the fourth day of G-CSF administration in comparison to G-CSF alone. This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
