CD8A and neoplasm: The results revealed increased infiltration in the HR group, especially DCs, Th cells (Th2, Tfh, and Th1 cells), CD8+ T cells, macrophages, B cells, Treg cells, pDCs, TILs (tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes), and neutrophils, compared to the LR group, as shown in Fig. 9A. Figure 9B illustrates that in addition to the type II IFN response pathway, the other 12 immune pathways were more active in the high-risk group than in the low-risk group.
