Several analytical results support the significance of OAS1 in BLCA: 1) OAS1 is not only highly expressed in BLCA tissues, but is also positively correlated with the prognosis of BLCA; 2) OAS1 exhibits larger fold change (logFC = 2.755) in expression than the other three OAS genes (Fig. 2A), both the mRNA and protein levels of OAS1 were higher than the other three OAS genes (Fig. 2C, D); 3) OAS1 can better predict the overall survival of BLCA patients from different databases (Fig. 3B). Here, SMOC1 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
