Areas under the ROC curve for CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T-cells were 0.8423 (Figure 2a), 0.8482 (Figure 2b), and 0.75 (Figure 2c), respectively, indicating that counts of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T-cells may be used as predictors of pneumonia in Adv+ patients. Here, CD4 is linked to pneumonia.
