Aortic maximum diameter results (Figure 7(b)), HE staining (Figure 7(c)), SA-β-gal staining (Figure 7(d)), α-SMA and p53 double staining (Figure 7(e)), DHE staining (Figure 7(f)), immunohistochemistry staining (Figures 7(g) and 7(h)), Western blotting (Figure 7(i)), and RT-qPCR (Figure 7(j)) presented that overexpression of EZH2 can inhibit the increase of reactive oxygen species in the aorta and the aging of vascular smooth muscle cells in rats with abdominal aortic aneurysm induced by Ang II, thus weakening the progress of abdominal aortic aneurysm induced by Ang II. Here, ACTA1 is linked to abdominal aortic aneurysm.
