NFKB1 and colitis: A report suggested that licochalcone A (20, 40, 80 mg/kg) could reverse the increases in relative levels of inflammatory factors, including TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6, MPO activity, and NO level and decrease GSH and SOD levels via the NF-κB signaling pathway and Nrf2 signaling pathway in DSS-induced colitis mice (Liu et al., 2018e).
