ABCG2 and cancer: The top 10 enriched pathways included central carbon metabolism in cancer, aminoacyl–tRNA biosynthesis, and ABC transporters—ferroptosis, taurine, and hypotaurine metabolism, protein digestion and absorption, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, retrograde endocannabinoid signaling, long-term depression, and the metabolism of cysteine and methionine (Figure 3C).
