The results suggest that, compared with adjacent tissues, abnormal upregulation of COL11A1 has been observed in a variety of malignancies, including adrenal cortical carcinoma (ACC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), invasive breast cancer (BRCA), cervical squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), and colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) (Figure 1A, Supplementary Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene COL11A1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
