As shown in Figure 11A, the expression of DTYMK was significantly positively correlated with cell cycle, DNA damage, DNA repair and invasion in ALL, GBM, HNSC, LUAD, and MEL, DTYMK expression was positively correlated with EMT in HNSC and MEL, with proliferation in GBM, HNSC, LUAD, and MEL. Here, DTYMK is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
