In this two-sample MR study, we investigated the potential causal relationship between genetically circulating VEGF levels and the risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, thyroid cancer, malignant neoplasms of the brain, and malignant neoplasms of the liver and intrahepatic bile ducts. This evidence concerns the gene VEGFA and prostate carcinoma.
