Compared with the control group, peripheral blood CD11b+F4/80+ monocytes (36.32% vs 59.48%, p< 0.05) (Figures 6G, H) were significantly increased in APS-treated mice, while splenic CD11b+F4/80+ monocytes/macrophages (11.64% vs 13.79%, p > 0.05) (Figure 6I) were not significantly changed.
