Although the expression of PD-1, PD-L1 and OX40 was not significantly different in ALK+, EGFR+ and KRAS+ NSCLC (all p > 0.05, Figures 2B, C, F), we discovered that patients with EGFR- and KRAS-positive NSCLC were more likely to have higher expression levels of granzyme B and Foxp3 than patients with ALK-positive NSCLC (all p < 0.05 Figures 2H, J).
