Compared with that in the normal samples, the expression of SFXN3 was significantly upregulated in 12 cancer types, namely, COAD, ESCA, STES, KIRP, STAD, HNSC, KIRC, LIHC, THCA, READ, PCPG, and CHOL (all p < 0.01, Figure 1A), while the expression of SFXN3 was significantly downregulated in GBM, LUAD, PRAD, UCEC, LUSC, and KICH.
