From the KEGG enrichment results, it listed the top six KEGG pathways of the hypermethylated genes: focal adhesion (31 genes, P = 0.0076), Hippo signaling pathway (26 genes, P = 0.0076), cellular senescence (25 genes, P = 0.0121), p53 signaling pathway (15 genes, P = 0.0202), chronic myeloid leukemia (15 genes, P = 0.0308) and ECM-receptor interaction (14 genes, P = 0.0446). Here, TP53 is linked to chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
