To test the potential of NLS genes as therapeutic targets, ARHGEF2 knocking down by siRNAs inhibited the biomarkers of NEPC such as CHGA, NSE, and SYP, as well as cell viability and growth of tumor organoids derived from NEPC tumors, suggesting that targeting the critical NLS genes could serve as potential therapeutic strategies for the treatment of NEPC. This evidence concerns the gene ARHGEF2 and neoplasm.
