In the 156 patients with advanced ccRCC, the signature risk score was significantly correlated with the infiltration of CD8+ T cells (Cor: 0.185, P=0.013), resting memory of CD4+ T cells (Cor: –0.264, P<0.001), follicular helper T cells (Cor: 0.214, P=0.004), gamma delta T cells (Cor: 0.219, P=0.003), activated NK cells (Cor: 0.331, P<0.001), resting dendritic cells (Cor: –0.271, P<0.001), resting mast cells (Cor: –0.354, P<0.001), and leukocytes (Cor: 0.164, P=0.028).
