As important driver genes (KRAS, TP53, CDKN2A, and SMAD4) are frequently mutated in PDA (Supplementary Figure S1) and characterize various steps in carcinogenesis (Ryan et al., 2014; Johnson et al., 2018), we wondered whether m6A regulators with differential expression when these four driver genes mutation occurred would make greater contributions to pancreatic carcinogenesis. The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is Patent ductus arteriosus.
