To explore the relationships between METTL16 and immune checkpoint treatments, the expression levels of METTL16 and eight classical immune checkpoint genes, CTLA4, PD-1, PD-L1, PD-L2, LAG3, Tim-3, TIGIT, and SIGLEC15, were analyzed in the TCGA-PAAD cohort. Here, CTLA4 is linked to pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
