CDKN2A and Patent ductus arteriosus: As important driver genes (KRAS, TP53, CDKN2A, and SMAD4) are frequently mutated in PDA (Supplementary Figure S1) and characterize various steps in carcinogenesis (Ryan et al., 2014; Johnson et al., 2018), we wondered whether m6A regulators with differential expression when these four driver genes mutation occurred would make greater contributions to pancreatic carcinogenesis.
