In summary, it can be inferred that our ten-gene model may be used as a potentially reliable method for prognosis prediction of cancer patients, and upregulation of hsa-miR-25-3p, ELF4, CKAP2L, LZTS1, and PARPBP, and downregulation of lncRNA MIR99AHG, LDHD, and C6 may be prognostic biomarkers of CHOL development.
