The overexpression of EPS8 can be noted in many types of cancers like pancreatic, colorectal cancer, oral squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, etc., as it was seen to be closely related to tumor occurrence, progression, invasion, and sensitivity to chemotherapy [44–47]. This evidence concerns the gene EPS8 and colorectal cancer.
