MTOR and cancer: Interestingly, all the identified pathways were previously described as dysregulated in breast cancer, including ‘Human Papilloma virus infection’ [27] and ‘Epstein-bar virus infection’ [28] in addition to well-known BC related pathway like ‘Breast Cancer’, ‘PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway’, ‘Calcium Signaling pathway’ and ‘Mineral absorption’ [29, 30], and some cancer generic pathways like ‘Signaling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells’, ‘Proteoglycans in cancer’, ‘Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction’, and ‘Cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction’.
