Comparisons between two groups with adjacent temperatures showed that FN and COL-I expressions in the kidney tissues increased by 0.5 °C increase in core body temperature during ischemia, but there was no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05), indicating that a 0.5 °C difference in core body temperature during ischemia did not have a significant effect on ECM deposition, while the expression of FN and COL-I increased significantly with a 1 °C increase in core body temperature during ischemia (p < 0.05), and they had a more pronounced increase with increasing body temperature. The gene discussed is FN1; the disease is ischemia.
