In PRAD, the infiltrating levels of B cell (r = 0.63, p = 1.2e-56), CD4+ T cell (r = 0.38, p = 1.3e-18), CD8+ T cell (r = 0.57, p = 7.5e-45), neutrophil cell (r = 0.69, p = 8.0e-70), macrophage cell (r = 0.64, p = 2.1e-57), and DC cell (r = 0.65, p = 1.4e-61) were positively related to the expression of ARPC5. This evidence concerns the gene ARPC5 and prostate adenocarcinoma.
