Figure 1E shows the cut-off point for the Ki-67 ROC curve calculated using glioma grading (by LGG and HGG). Because the cut-off value of 9% had the highest sensitivity and specificity (sensitivity was 86.5%, specificity was 72%, Yoden index 0.585, ROC = 0.86, P <0.001), we divided the Ki-67 into low and high groups using a cut-off value of 10%. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and glioma.
