Compound 6y, a series of 1,5-diaryl-1,2,4-triazole derivatives, may prevent pancreatic cancer metastasis by targeting MYOF (57) and YQ456, another inhibitor of MYOF, shown a high binding affinity to the C2D domain of MYOF with the significant anti-proliferation and anti-invasion activity in colorectal cancer (13), with the present study showing that NAC could inhibit the MYOF-enhanced migration of cancer cells by reducing intracellular ROS levels. This evidence concerns the gene MYOF and pancreatic neoplasm.
