In the synergistic anticancer experiment of tumor-bearing mice in vivo and TUNEL assay, NP-DOX-RNBC RNase A modified with nitrophenyl tetramethyl-dioxaborolanyl benzyl carbamate groups showed a stronger inhibitory effect on tumor growth than Dox and other groups, although NP-DOX-RNBC and Dox had similar cytotoxicity to B16F10 cells in vitro.
