Kaplan–Meier survival analysis revealed that all the 16 AS events were significantly associated with the RFS of HCC patients; high expression of ACOT9-88691-AT, ACYP2-53567-AT, AP1S2-88569-AT, ATP8B3-46543-AT, COMT-61102-AA, EPS15L1-48154-AT, FAM3A-90630-AA, PLCH2-272-AT, RNASEH2C-16916-RI, SCN11A-64113-AT, SH2D4A-82872-ES, and SMS-88682-ES was correlated with poor RFS in HCC, whereas low expression of ACBD4-41944-ES, ANXA1-86607-AP, LETMD1-21743-ES, and OGFOD3-44325-AD was correlated with poor RFS in HCC (Figure 5C). Here, RNASEH2C is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
