It has been shown in the literature that the expression of IFIT1 and IFIT2 is significantly enhanced in the infection of DNA viruses, such as cytomegalovirus and adenovirus [6,7], and the altered expression of IFIT3 and IFIT5 occurred more frequently in the infection of RNA viruses, such as Hantavirus and influenza virus [8,9].
