ERBB2 and breast carcinoma: In 2016, Kim et al. [144] reported that treatment of mice bearing the receptor tyrosine-protein kinase (erbB-2)-positive human breast carcinoma cell line BT474 with a plasmid encoding an anti-erbB-2 DMAb resulted in a sustained antibody expression and an antitumor efficacy similar to four doses of intravenously injected Herceptin antibody.
