A candidate promoter for breast cancer is Erb-B2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 (ERBB2) gene promoter; however, this is expressed in only 20–25% of tumors [42,43,44], and it is also active in prostate, pancreas, colon, and ovary cancer cells [45,46,47]. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
