In a previous study, we found that the combination of the Toll-like receptors 9 (TLR9) agonist CpG oligodeoxynucleotides 1826 (CpG 1826) and M-M inhibited the growth of melanoma B16-MUC1 cells subcutaneously transplanted into mice and mediated MUC1-specific humoral and cellular immune responses [4].
