Compared with those in normal controls, the expression levels of METTL14, RBM15, ZCCHC4, YTHDC1, YTHDF1, FMR1, IGF2BP2, and HNRNPA2B1 were higher in AD patients, while METTL3, METTL5, PCIF1, YTHDF2, FIF3H, and FTO were lower correspondingly. This evidence concerns the gene METTL14 and Alzheimer disease.
