We found that three m6A binding proteins, HNRNPA2B1, YTHDF1 and IGF2BP2, were positively correlated with many immune cells, while FTO was negatively associated with most immune cells, as shown in Figure 3C. Thus, there was a close correlation between the expression levels of the m6A regulators and the immune infiltrating cells in AD patients, especially for HNRNPA2B1, YTHDF1, IGF2BP2, and FTO.
