KEAP1 and neoplasm: When compared with tumours derived from Keap1−/− cells, in the tumour-bearing tissues formed by Keap1-Restored and Keap1α-Restored cells, the overall colouration of these cells was darker, which seemed to be more basophilic, and there were a large number of cancer grooves in the tumour formed by Keap1α-Restored cells, which inhibited the tumour growth (Figure S11A).
