Further comprehensive analysis of the top 10 significant KEGG pathways and the enriched biological process terms showed that 950 DEGs of Group G, from Keap1−/− cells, were associated with distinct functions in signal transduction, infectious disease, cancer, biological regulation, the cellular process, and developmental process, etc. In Group H, across Keap1−/− and Keap1β(Keap1Δ1–31), 197 co-regulated DEGs were identified that were involved in cancer, signaling molecules and interaction, signal transduction, cellular process, metabolic process, and developmental process. Here, KEAP1 is linked to cancer.
