Widely used anti-CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) drugs—the tyrosine kinase inhibitors: imatinib, dasatinib, and bosutinib—effectively reduced the expanded myeloid population in humanized leukemic ZF Tg(hsp70:p210BCR/ABL1), which means this ZF model responds in the same way as humans.
