On day 10, after infection with ZC4H2-shRNA-1 or ZC4H2-shRNA-3, almost all of the NSCs had died (Figure 4A); only one cluster of NSCs could be observed after infection with ZC4H2-shRNA-2, in which the expression levels of ZC4H2 were greater than half of that of the normal controls (Figure S3). This evidence concerns the gene ZC4H2 and infection.
