The analysis revealed that higher TUBB mRNA expression significantly correlates with worse prognosis in ERα-positive breast cancer patients, in which it correlates with lower OS (Figure 2A), worse DMFS (Figure 2B), and worse RFS (Figure 2C), whereas TUBB mRNA expression significantly correlates with preferable OS (Figure 2D), preferable DMFS (Figure 2E), and preferable RFS (Figure 2F) in ERα-negative breast cancer patients.
