In conclusion, the results indicate that TUBB could be used as a potential prognostic biomarker for worse prognosis in ERα-positive breast cancer and better prognosis in ERα-negative breast cancer, in which TUBB correlates with worse OS, DMFS, and RFS in ERα-positive breast cancer patients and better OS, DMFS, and RFS in ERα-negative breast cancer patients. Here, TUBB is linked to breast cancer.
