Among them: amlodipine (CS = −7.49), a second-generation calcium channel blocker that is used in the therapy of hypertension and angina pectoris; sertraline (CS = −1.83), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used in the therapy of depression, anxiety disorders and obsessive–compulsive disorder and prednisolone (CS = −1.57), a glucocorticoid receptor agonist, used in allergies, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune disorders, and cancers (Figure 6, Table 4, and supplementary Table S1).
