The results showed that combination of the DC vaccine and ICIs induced stronger granzyme B-expressing CTL-mediated cytotoxicity against Hep-55.1C cell line in vitro and exhibited better efficacy in suppressing tumor growth and prolonging survival in an orthotopic allograft immunocompetent C57BL/6 mouse model than either the DC vaccine or ICIs alone. This evidence concerns the gene GZMB and neoplasm.
