In our study, we firstly detected the expression of neuroinflammation in the hippocampus of mice without maternal separation and found significantly increased expression levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-18, and the upregulation of microglia activation, indicating hippocampal neuroinflammation was increased in mice with psoriasis-like skin lesions. The gene discussed is CASP1; the disease is psoriasis.
