Compared to the patients in the high FAI score group, those in the low FAI score group were older; more likely to be female; had lower BMI; had more symptomatic and higher percentages of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and ischemia; lower serum levels of albumin, creatinine, eGFR, BNP; and higher AHEAD score (Table 1).
