The majority of CD47 inhibitors are still in phase I trials, except for a monoclonal antibody Magrolimab (in combination with Venetoclax and Azacitidine for T53 mutant AML) and a small molecule inhibitor RRx-001 (which targets both CD47 and SIRPα by downregulating their expression on cancer cells and macrophages respectively) for small cell lung cancer [114]. Here, CD47 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
