A review of glutamate receptor antibodies in neurological disorders concluded that anti-NMDA-NR1 antibodies and anti-NMDA-NR2A/B antibodies are generally present in subgroups of individuals with SLE, NPSLE, Sjogren’s syndrome, epilepsy, encephalitis, cerebellar ataxia, schizophrenia, mania or stroke.
