NHL subjects with relapse had a lower EMAP II+CD4+% than patients with CR [median: 0.7% (range 0.6–1.0) vs. 2.3% (range 1.5–2.7); P = 0.004] as well as a lower percentage of EMAP II+CD8+ in patients with disease recurrence than in CR [median: 0.2% (range 0.1–0.3) vs. 0.6 (range 0.4–0.7); P = 0.005]. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
