According to previous studies (16, 19), 14 baseline clinical characteristics considered to have potential prognostic value for predicting severe cytopenia are age, sex, disease type, tumor stage (≤II/>II), bone marrow involvement (yes/no), lines of prior therapy (≤2/>2), response to pre-CAR-T-cell treatment (partial response (PR)/stable disease (SD), progressive disease (PD)), prior HSCT (yes/no), LDH, lymphodepleting chemotherapy (FC/SEAM), CAR product, baseline blood parameters, baseline CRP and baseline ferritin.
