Interestingly, we observed that treatment with oxaliplatin (3.0 mg/kg, i.v.)significantly increased the populations of CD86+CD80+ (Figures 5(b) and 5(c)) and CD8+CD45+ cells (Figures 5(d) and 5(e)) in the tumor tissues as compared to the control and cisplatin-treated groups. This evidence concerns the gene CD86 and neoplasm.
