Causes of neurologic impairment were: 7 (46.0%) cases of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), 1 (13.3%) PIGN gene mutation, 1 (6.7%) Moebius Syndrome, 1 (6.7%) CHARGE Syndrome, 1 (6.7%) meningitis sequelae, 1 (6.7%) pachygyria, 1 (6.7%) Ellis Van Creveled Syndrome, 1 (6.7%) Trisomy 18. Here, PIGN is linked to Moebius syndrome.
