In patients with cholangiocarcinoma carrying FGFR2 fusions or rearrangements, pemigatinib 13.5 mg once daily resulted in an objective response rate (ORR) of 35.5%, with a median duration of response (DOR) of 7.5 months, and a disease control rate (DCR) of 82.2%. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and cholangiocarcinoma.
