RBM15 and liver cancer: Using the TCGA database, we looked at the relationship between the expression of 20 m6A-related genes in liver cancer, and the results indicated that when compared to normal liver tissue, the expression of 20 m6A-related genes was higher in liver cancer, IGF2BP3, IGF2BP1, IGF2BP2, YTHDC1, YTHDC2, FTO, ALKBH5, VIRMA, YTHDF3, RBM15B, YTHDF1, METTL3, HNRNPA2B1, HNRNPC, RBMX, WTAP, RBM15, and YTHDF2; the expression of these m6A-related genes was significantly increased (Fig. 4B).
