We proceeded to include data of the normal tissues from the GTEx database as controls for evaluating the difference in SMARCA1 expression between tumor and normal tissues of diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBC), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), and thymoma (THYM) (P < 0.01). Here, SMARCA1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
