Loop CAR-T cells targeting CD19 and CD22 showed promising results in phase II clinical trial (NCT03196830) of patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) [43] and in phase I clinical trial (NCT03233854) of adults with R/R acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) [44].
